Duties and responsibilities include:
- Deliver cost advice across all project stages
- Liaise with clients, design teams & contractors
- Prepare cost plans, valuations, BoQs & reports
- Support or lead client meetings and negotiations
- Mentor junior team members (Senior role)
- Work in a hybrid environment
Desired skills & experience:
- 3+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy or developer environment
- Experience in one or more key sectors of building projects
- Excellent reporting, communication, and analytical skills
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Chartered or APC (supported)
- Cost software proficiency e.g. CostX, Cubit
- Hold eligibility to work in Ireland
