I am seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 main building contractor for a hotel development in Dublin City Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, valuations, and cost reports
- Prepare tender analysis and negotiate subcontractor packages
- Monitor project progress and control costs
- Provide accurate forecasting and cash flow management
- Prepare and submit final accounts
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience with a main contractor, ideally in hotel or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
- Proficiency in QS software and MS Office
- Full driving licence
