A well-established project management and construction cost consultancy in Dublin city centre, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join the growing team.
With over 30 years of success in the Irish market, they offer a collaborative and support environment where you can thrive and contribute to the delivery of exciting projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will join the small team and assist in managing projects at various stages of construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost plans and budget estimates
- Lead value engineering exercises, identifying both risks and opportunities for savings
- Create Bills of Quantities with meticulous attention to detail
- Review and evaluate tenders, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications
- Assess interim valuations and project variations
- Provide cost reporting and ensure smooth settlement of final accounts
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience within a cost consultancy or developer environment
- Proven ability to compile cost reports, valuations, claims, and contracts
- Membership with SCSI or RICS is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland is a prerequisite
