We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 main building contractor for a prestigious hotel development in Dublin City Centre. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, valuations, tender analysis, subcontractor payments, and cost control, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage project budgets, valuations, and cost reports

Prepare tender analysis and negotiate subcontractor packages

Monitor project progress and control costs

Provide accurate forecasting and cash flow management

Prepare and submit final accounts
Requirements:
-
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
-
3-5 years’ experience with a main contractor, ideally in hotel or commercial projects
-
Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
-
Proficiency in QS software and MS Office
-
Full driving licence
