Quantity Surveyor
A leading Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful Quantity Surveyor will get the opportunity to work on a variety of Commercial Projects, mainly Hospitality Development Projects across the City Centre. The successful candidate will be based out of there head office near Ballsbridge, Dublin.

Role:
- Manage the creation of detailed Cost Plans for complex projects, using various techniques and software, and oversee data compilation for analysis.
- Develop long-term cash forecasts for projects, analyse results, and minimize cash outflow while maximizing inflow.
- Identify unfavorable terms in contracts and negotiate with clients and employers.
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree Quantity Surveying.
- 3+ years’ industry experience, having worked with a leading Irish Main Contractor.
Benefits:
- Salary circa €90k-€100k
- Pension (5%)
