A leading main contractor in Dublin is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a large-scale housing project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major development with a top-tier company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters at project and company levels.
- Oversee contractual claims, cost management, and cash flow.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare cost reports, risk registers, and variation trackers.
- Manage measurement, pricing, and variation negotiations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- Experience as a Senior QS on large-scale housing projects.
- Strong background in contract management and cost control.
- Excellent collaboration skills with commercial and project teams.
