Quantity Surveyor
We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for an excellent main building contractor to work on a Pharmaceutical Project located in Athlone, which is currently in its initial stages. This opportunity is perfectly suited for a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience on building projects.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified
- Minimum of 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with variations and project management in a construction environment
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Strong commercial awareness
Benefits & Package:
- Salary €45,000 – €55,000
- Vehicle allowance (negotiable)
