Join a leading Dublin-based Construction Company as their Quality Manager and take charge of some of the most prestigious building projects in the county. You will play a critical role in shaping the quality and BCAR functions of the company, developing and improving systems, processes, and standards, and managing a full team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a comprehensive Quality and Environmental Management System
- Guiding the growth and implementation of KPIs, policies, procedures, and systems aligned with the company s Integrated Management System
- Building strong relationships across the company to promote the implementation of policies and requirements into daily operations
- Conducting site visits and inspection reports, reporting to Senior Management on environmental and quality performance
- Engaging with regulatory bodies and providing feedback to Senior Management
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role with a Tier 1 Main Contractor to mid-sized Main Contractor
- A third-level qualification in engineering or a construction-related discipline
- A proven track record of delivering results and continuous improvement initiatives in both Quality and Environmental aspects
- Strong training, support, and guidance skills
- The ability to challenge the status quo and make decisions
- Excellent prioritization, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities
- A self-motivated and approachable demeanor, capable of working independently and as part of a team
