Quality Control Lead – Sweden
We are hiring for a Quality Control Lead to be based in Sweden on a large Data Centre Project. You will oversee Quality Control across multiple European project sites, ensuring consistent standards, compliance, and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor QC teams across European project sites.
- Ensure consistent QC procedures, inspections, and documentation.
- Act as the regional escalation point for quality issues, NCRs, and defects.
- Support Regional Directors, Project Directors, and Engineering teams on quality matters.
- Oversee preparation and approval of ITPs, Method Statements, and QC checklists.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and client standards.
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and quality reviews across projects.
- Verify materials, installations, and systems meet certification and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in QC/QA within construction, MEP, data centre, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of CSA, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning quality standards.
- Experience leading quality teams across multiple projects or regions.
- Strong understanding of inspections, ITPs, and QA/QC processes.
- Experience managing NCRs, defects, and corrective actions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel regularly across Europe.
- Experience on large-scale or mission-critical construction projects.
- Relevant engineering or technical qualification preferred.
- Experience with digital QC platforms (Procore, BIM 360, Zutec) advantageous.
- Experience with Tier 1 contractors or global clients desirable.
- Hyperscale data centre project experience beneficial.
