My client, a leading Tier 1 construction contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team on a landmark project in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic company known for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cost reports, and subcontractor accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and variations to ensure profitability.
- Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
- Prepare monthly valuations and progress claims.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with a main contractor or developer.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract administration knowledge.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Salary: €70k – €80k + vehicle + pension + benefits.
