A well-established engineering consultancy with over 70 years’ experience is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in their Galway office. This consultancy is well respected nationwide across a range of project types, including Building & Infrastructure, Environmental & Planning, Water & Utilities, and Roads & Transportation. Looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join their growing team.
Recent Projects:
- State of the art office development in Dublin – €54m
- Airport development projects – €18m
- ~200 unit, 3 storey apartment block – €60m
- 12,000 capacity sports facility – €60m
Skills & Experience:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience within a cost consultancy or developer environment
- Proven ability to compile cost reports, valuations, claims, and contracts
- Membership with SCSI or RICS is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland is a prerequisite
