Project Quality Manager (Belgium)
Seeking a Project Quality Manager to work on a hyperscale Data Centre in Mons, Belgium. This role drives compliance and quality for CSA, mechanical & electrical installations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Ireland’s leading Tier 1 contractors in a critical role.

Duties:
- Report to Project Director as technical resource for Construction Quality Management.
- Develop and implement Project’s Quality Management Program per client’s Project Manual.
- Act as Single Point of Contact for contractors on quality requirements and process enhancements.
- Review and approve subcontractor quality submittals (Quality Plans, ITPs).
- Manage BIM issues and Non-Conformance Reports, ensuring closure before asset completion.
- Conduct failure investigations with Root Cause Analysis for corrective/preventive actions.
- Champion Lessons Learned and Lean Construction processes, focusing on waste elimination.
- Publish weekly Quality Dashboard Reports and implement Construction Clean Build Program.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in construction & quality roles.
- Proven track record in compliance and regulatory management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, I.S 10101:2020, BCAR, and European standards.
- Familiarity with QA tools (Procore, BIM360, Field View, EIDA).
- City & Guilds IQA Assessor Certification desirable.
- Valid, clean driving license.
- Must be eligible to work in Europe without a permit.
