Project Manager (Water)
We are currently recruiting a Project Manager an M&E Contractor to work across several water and infrastructure projects and will be based in the head office in Carlow, the role offers a hybrid model with frequent site visits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater projects, from design to handover.
- Develop designs, drawings, reports and technical calculations.
- Ensure compliance with project contracts, specifications and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare technical submissions, reports and contract programmes.
- Monitor project progress, budgets and resource schedules.
- Oversee site works, including supervision of crews and subcontractors.
- Coordinate site surveys and work packages.
- Maintain Health & Safety compliance, including Safety Files and audits.
- Manage documentation, drawing updates and change order logs.
- Compile O&M manuals and ensure full project close-out.
Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering which will have been in a Project Engineering role.
- Knowledge and experience of the water and waste water industry is preferred.
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD with the capability to update drawings for construction and to coordinate between vendors and contractors.
- Knowledge and experience of plant design, construction and commissioning.
- Experience of managing contractors and sub-contractors for the delivery of projects.
- Strong technical, delivery and commercial skills.
Salary:
- Salary €70-€85K DOE.
