Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee and manage all aspects of the RC frame phase of a large-scale apartment block project, from initial planning through to successful delivery.
- Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, subcontractors, and site staff, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal performance on-site.
- Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders, managing expectations, delivering progress updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Cost & Schedule Management: Control project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Champion health and safety on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all team members and subcontractors.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality, ensuring the project remains on track.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in RC frame and large-scale residential projects (apartment blocks, mixed-use developments).
- Educational Background: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of RC frame construction techniques, project management software, and construction processes.
- Financial Acumen: Strong experience in managing project budgets, contracts, and client relationships.
- Health & Safety Awareness: Thorough understanding of site safety regulations and best practices.
