Project Manager (Junior)
Junior Project Manager required for a leading Main Contractor to assist in the delivery of Commercial Project in the heart of Dublin City along the Canal.
Duties:
- Support the Project Manager and Site Managers in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Assist in implementing the Company’s Cost & Value Management procedures and support in the preparation of commercial reports.
- Facilitate coordination between teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports and updates for review by Senior Management.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues, proposing effective solutions.
Requirements:
- 3rd Level Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 year experience in construction, preferably with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Package:
- Basic salary €50k – €60k DOE
- Company Car / Car Allowance
