Project Manager – Client Side (NGO)
Project Manager required for a large well known NGO to work on residential projects across the Dublin Region. The role is Hybrid (2 days required on site or office / 3 from home). The role is specifically for candidates who have delivered residential projects of scale in Ireland recently. Our client has a great reputation as an employer and provides a great work life balance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience delivering residential projects in Ireland
- Financial management/appreciation
- Strong knowledge of Construction Contracts (GCCC and NEC)
- Experience with project scheduling tools like Asta Powerproject
- Knowledge of Building Control, Building Regulations, and Technical Guidelines
Package:
- Total Package value €80k – €85k (this is inclusive of an extensive benefits package)
- Hybrid working -3 days a week from home
