Project Manager )Externals) required for a Tier 2 Main Building Contractor, to work on an apartments project in Cork.  This is a high-quality residential  development and our client has a strong pipeline of similar projects to follow. The successful Project Manager will ideally have experience managing similar packages previously. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor offering long-term career progression and a market-leading package.

Duties:

• • Oversee the internal and finishing stages of the nursing home project
• • Report to the Project Manager
• • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery
• • Coordinate subcontractors and internal trades
• • Contribute to planning, scheduling, and resource management

• Scaffolding,
• Windows,
• Groundworks,

• Landscaping,
• Roads,

• Railings,

Salary:

• • Salary circa €85K–€95K (DOE)
