Project Manager
A Project Manager is required for a leading Main Contractor to work on a residential project in Sligo.
Role:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Supervise BIM strategy implementation and maintain relationships with personnel and consultants.
- Review project phases to ensure alignment with plans, budgets, and protocols, providing regular updates.
- Advocate for project adherence to HSEQ standards and zero emissions objectives.
- Serve as the main liaison for the Regional Director, managing client and supplier connections, overseeing Project Delivery, coordinating HSEQS teams, and handling Resource Planning..
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ project management experience on commercial/residential projects.
- 5+ years experience managing subcontractors and direct staff.
- 3rd level degree in Construction or related field.
Salary:
- Excellent salary circa €80k – 90k
- Excellent benefit package
