Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to completion
- Control programme, budget, and resources
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Manage client relationships and reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within construction is essential
- Proven track record delivering residential or commercial projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent commercial awareness

- €95k 105k DOE
