Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities
- Manage subcontractors and programme delivery
- Ensure health, safety and quality compliance
- Coordinate with project and commercial teams
- Monitor programme, cost, quality, and compliance
- Maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Experience managing apartment projects with a Main Contractor
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
Salary
- €95k – €105k DOE
- Vehicle & Fuel Card
