My client, a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of a large scale mixed use development in Galway. This role will take full responsibility for project delivery from inception through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery on site
- Manage programme, budget and quality standards
- Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors
- Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Ensure health and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Report on progress to senior management
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
- 7+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role with a main contractor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Salary & Benefits
- €95,000 – €105,000 salary
