Project Manager (Construction)

A leading main contractor based in Limerick is looking to hire a Project Manager with more than five years of relevant construction management experience to oversee projects in the Limerick and Galway area.

Role & Duties:

  • Manage projects in compliance with company policies, procedures, and Building Regulations, ensuring construction activities are aligned with project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
  • Organise and lead site meetings with the Design Team and Subcontractors to promote clear communication, document key outcomes, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and Health & Safety standards.
  • Oversee site personnel and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of construction quality, and coordinate closely with the Construction Team to deliver timely, accurate information to all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of RIAI Standard Forms of Contract and the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management with Irish / UK Main Contractors.
  • Degree or Trade Qualified.
  • Skilled in IT, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

Package:

  • Salary €105k-€115k
  • Company Car

  • Performance Bonus (Discretionary)
