I am currently hiring a Project Manager for a Tier 1 Contractor in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading construction company delivering large-scale building projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and programme requirements
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, and reporting
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with Tier 1 or main contractors
- Proven track record on large-scale building projects
- Excellent leadership, commercial, and communication skills
Salary Package:
