We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale housing development in Dublin for a leading residential developer. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile project from inception through to completion, partnering with site teams, design consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure excellence in quality, programme, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of housing projects to the required quality, programme, health & safety, and environmental standards, in compliance with Planning Permission and Building Regulations.
- Prepare and deliver Project Execution Plans including procurement strategy, programme, budgets, compliance objectives, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee the commercial delivery of projects with the commercial team, ensuring value creation and effective cost control.
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and statutory authorities to drive performance and meet project milestones.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from inception to aftersales, ensuring homes meet the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Lead value engineering and product development to optimise build efficiency and quality.
- Provide leadership to project teams, promoting high performance, learning, and a positive site culture.
- Implement best practice in project controls, reporting, and performance management.
The Candidate:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- 7+ years post-qualification experience delivering large-scale residential projects, ideally housing schemes.
- Proven experience managing high-performing teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and up-to-date knowledge of building regulations.
