Project Manager (Construction)
A leading main contractor is seeking a Project Manager, who will be tasked with overseeing Substation Project in north Kildare.
Role:
- Work closely with the regional director, assistant project manager, quantity surveyor, and engineering team to collaborate effectively.
- Guarantee alignment of project phases with the Project Execution Plan, budget constraints, and operational protocols.
- Champion compliance with HSEQ standards and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for the regional director, oversee client and supplier relationships, manage project delivery, coordinate with HSEQS teams, and handle resource planning.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in project management on Civils/Build Projects.
- Degree/Trade Qualified.
- 3+ years managing subcontractors and staff.
Salary:
- Salary circa €90k – €100k
- Company Car + Fuel Card
