A well-established and respected civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an upcoming development in Kildare. This is a long-term opportunity on a brand new residential project. Our client has a strong pipeline of projects across the residential, commercial, industrial, and energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of civil works on site, including groundworks, utilities, roads, and drainage.
- Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure delivery of high-quality work, on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, maintain reports and records, and lead regular project meetings.
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations..
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager on civil engineering projects in Ireland.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications.
- Full, clean driving licence.
