Senior Project Manager required for a Top Tier Civil Engineering Contractor to work on a large-scale project in Cork. Market leading package on offer and long-term prospects guaranteed. This project would suit a person with previous experience working on large scale projects either here in Ireland or in the UK. This client has a significant pipeline of work and can offer the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.
Role:
- The successful Senior Project Manager will have full responsibility for the Site Manager and foremen.
- You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to cost, programme, quality and safety standards.
- Liaise with all stakeholders, sitting in/chairing meetings, reviewing and assembling Technical Submissions, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- The successful Senior Project Manager will have at least 10 years’ experience working for Civil Engineering Contractors in Ireland or the UK.
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience working as a Project Manager on projects in the Ireland or the U.K.
- Must be commercially aware
- Must be able to manage a large team.
- Ensure that the project progresses on schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary:
- Excellent salary circa €80,000 – €90,000
