Project Manager required for leading contractor in Dublin. This role is ideal for a PM looking to progress their career within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have exposure to large projects in Ireland as well as mainland Europe. Candidates should have at least 6 years experience in a project management position within the construction industry in Ireland or the UK.
Requirements:
- 6 Years in a PM position in Irish or UK Contractor.
- Building envelope experience is a bonus
- Good at leading a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
Role:
- You will support the management of the project budget in conjunction with the wider team – quantity surveyors etc
- You will prepare project, programme, risk management plans
- You will manage the site team, both direct and indirect, ensuring the project is running to programme
- You will be responsible for the flow of information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners, on your site
- Take full responsibility for project out-turn from tender stage through construction and handover
- Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality
Salary:
- Basic salary circa €85k – €100k DOE
