Project Manager required for specialist subcontractor based in Wexford. Due to a massive increase in projects my client is now looking for a Project manager to assist the existing team. The successful project manager will be joining a busy environment and will be provided the opportunity to grow within the company over the coming years.
Role:
- The successful Project Manager will have full responsibility for the Site Manager and foremen.
- You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to cost, programme, quality, and safety standards.
- Liaise with the Design Team, sitting in/chairing meetings, raising RFI s, reviewing and assembling Technical Submissions, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified preferred but not essential.
- Minimum 7 years experience
- Experience of coordination of shop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams / Clients, Reporting to a CM, scheduling / programming.
- Experience in commercial, industrial and data centre projects
- Proficient in MS Office, CAD
