Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure
A Project Manager is required for a well-established contractor delivering civil infrastructure projects across Clare and Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of civil engineering projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil infrastructure and will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion while ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across Clare and Limerick.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Attend and lead project and site meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage project documentation including programmes, budgets, and procurement.
• Liaise with engineers, consultants, and local authorities where required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, or public works.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and standards.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Full driving licence.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary circa €85k–€95K depending on experience.
• Company vehicle / travel allowance.
• Pension and benefits package.
