Project Manager – The Midlands
Due to continued growth, our client, a leading utility infrastructure consultancy and construction company operating in Ireland, the UK, and internationally, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team in the Midlands/ Across Leinster.
Role:
- Lead and manage projects from construction to handover.
- Coordinate design team personnel and on-site contractors.
- Manage material procurement processes.
- Engage with stakeholders such as renewable developers, local authorities, ESB Networks, landowners, and legal professionals.
- Promote and implement TLI Group’s Health & Safety processes.
- Develop and monitor project cost, budget plans, and programming.
- Prepare tender submission documents.
- Control project programme during construction.
- Review design drawings and manage RFI schedule.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HSQE, Design, Quality, Commercial).
- Implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 procedures.
Requirements:
- Ideally 8+ years’ experience.
- Proficient in MS Project, Teams, Excel, Word, and email.
- Engineering background desirable but not essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management IT skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing client relationships from pre-works to completion.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with project team and stakeholders.
- Experience with large-scale utility projects preferred.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: €85k – €100k DOE.
