A leading Tier 1 main building contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects in Dublin. This role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, resource management, and scheduling.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and control project costs, addressing any issues that could impact the budget.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Regularly report on project progress to clients and senior management.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the course of the project.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1 contractor.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management software and construction processes.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Salary & Benefits:
- €100,000 – €110,000 based on experience.
