Project Coordinator – MEP, West Dublin
A busy multidisciplinary consultancy in Dublin have an immediate requirement for a Project Coordinator preferably from an MEP background to join the team.
Based on their client’s site you will join a busy team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects, Architectural Technologists, and Construction professionals and work in a fast paced environment.
The MEP Project Coordinator should be highly organised, proactive and support the site-based Mechanical & Electrical team. You’ll act as the central point for administration, coordination, and communication – ensuring smooth technical delivery on mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage RFIs, technical submittals, and action items
- Maintain the MEP issues log, flagging priorities and overdue items
- Schedule and document internal/contractor coordination meetings
- Liaise with site teams, client reps, and main contractors for updates
- Format and submit project documents via Procore
- Support handover deliverables, tagging, and compliance tracking
- Escalate outstanding MEP risks and delays to project leadership
- Help standardise task/time logging via Harvest or similar tools
- Onboard new team members and manage access to tools/processes
Desired experience:
- Ideally over 4 years in engineering coordination, project support, or technical administration
- Strong communication—clear, concise, and confident
- Proficient in Procore, SharePoint, or Aconex
- Comfortable following up with professionalism and persistence
- Detail-oriented, structured, and adaptable to site-based work
