Senior Architect / Project Architect
One of Ireland’s leading multidisciplinary design offices is seeking to recruit an ambitious, highly experienced RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with strong design & technical skills, along with proven success delivering projects through all stages of development and liaising with all stakeholders.
This opportunity requires previous success managing projects in line with current building and planning regulations with preference given to Architects who have successfully delivered residential, healthcare, leisure, educational or industrial projects.
In addition, the successful Architect will take responsibility for project delivery and therefore possess an in depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, excellent client liaising and communication skills along with the ability to lead projects and resources to ensure a timely completion.

Preferred experience and skills:
- RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect
- A minimum of 5 years post professional qualification
- Ambitious, talented with previous success leading and managing projects through each phase of development
- Previous experience on healthcare, educational, or other public sector projects experience is beneficial
- Fully conversant with industry regulations is essential
- Familiarity and understanding of the contractual obligations of all parties, under various procurement routes
- Strong level of design and technical capability
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Managing project milestones, resources, timescales etc.
- Mentor and develop junior talent
- Excellent communication, presentation and client liaison skills
- Must hold an EU passport or valid work permit
