PPP Operations Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work in the Dublin area. If successful you will assume responsibilities around the supervision and reporting of the commercial and legal facets related to the Clients PPP interests, both internally and externally. This includes the management of the clients stakes in assets post-completion, involving maintenance needs, compliance with pertinent and interface agreements. Your focus will be on safeguarding the Clients’ interests and diligently monitoring and reporting on the associated commercial and legal aspects to both internal and external.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely, in the office, and attend on-site meetings as necessary.
Role:
- Responsible for overseeing maintenance needs.
- Supervising the Client’s responsibilities and commitments outlined in the relevant PPP and interface agreements.
- Vigilantly overseeing and safeguarding Client’s interests, ensuring continuous monitoring of commercial and legal aspects.
- Providing regular reports to key internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Third level qualification completed in relation to industry
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (operations manager / contracts manager)
- Outstanding proficiency in professional written and verbal reporting abilities.
- Strong organisation and time management skills
Salary:
- Excellent salary circa €75k – €85k
