Planning Manager required to join one of Europe’s leading Main Contractors to be based on a large Data Centre project in North Dublin. The Planning Manager will report to the Regional Planning Manager and manage a team of planners on the project.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage master construction programmes and project control procedures.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations to senior management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor progress, assess risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Define and oversee schedule resource requirements from pre-construction to commissioning.
• Build and maintain tools to track progress against project goals and milestones.
• Provide performance and variance reports with recommended corrective actions.
• Represent the planning team in client and subcontractor meetings, ensuring clear schedule communication.
• Support business development through strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead assigned projects and assist colleagues across the portfolio.
• Uphold company planning standards and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experienced working on large-scale projects (Data Centre experience would be highly beneficial).
• Experienced in programming software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and BIM.
• Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
