Planner
We are recruiting for a Planner, this role will be based in Dublin. They will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining detailed project programmes to support effective project delivery. The role ensures activities are properly sequenced, resourced, monitored, and reported, enabling accurate decision-making and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed baseline programmes using recognised planning software.
- Develop logical work sequences from drawings, specifications, and project scope.
- Identify milestones, critical paths, dependencies, constraints, and resource needs.
- Update programmes to reflect actual progress, delays, and design changes.
- Produce short-term lookaheads and support tender teams with bid-stage programmes.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in planning within construction, engineering, or M&E sectors.
- Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience developing tender and contract-stage programmes.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
- Experience with delay analysis is an advantage.
