My client is a leading Tier 1 construction company with a strong pipeline of projects in Critical Environments, including Aviation, Life Sciences, and Data Centres. They are currently seeking skilled and experienced Planners to join their dynamic teams in Dublin. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to create project plans that align with client expectations and project deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, implementing corrective actions as required.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery and availability of materials and resources.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and adjust project schedules accordingly.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential risks or conflicts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction planning, scheduling, or a related role.
- Expertise in construction scheduling software (P6, Asta, Microsoft Project).
- Proven experience in Earned Value Methodology and scheduling for NEC contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary Package:
- €70,000 – €80,000 (DOE)
