Operations Manager required to join a Mechanical Contractor in Dublin. They are a specialist supplier who have grown significantly over the past few years offering solutions to Data Centre, Pharma and IT companies across Ireland, Mainland Europe and Worldwide.
The successful Operations Manager will have extensive large scale construction management experience.
Duties:
- Oversee Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians as well as sub-contractors.
- Day-to-day effective management of production, ensuring products are produced in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Liaising effectively with clients and other contractors to successfully complete projects.
- Ensure that installation is completed on time and to the clients specific standards.
- The Operations Manager will be continuously interfacing with other disciplines on site.
- Oversee the scope, quality and project milestones
- Manage the client relationship and demands on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- Large scale construction management experience.
- Excellent communication and experience within a client facing role.
- Experience Coordinating and supervising Engineers, Supervisors and Contractors.
- Engineering qualification, Ideally Mechanical but not essential.
- Experience within modular production and installation is a benefit but not essential.
Benefits
- Salary circa €100,000 to €120,000 – DOE
