Office Administrator required for one of Ireland’s largest construction companies to work out of their head office in South Dublin. The successful candidate will work as part of the travel and accommodation team managing the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules.
- Assist with arranging appropriate modes of travel such as flights and rental cars, as well as making hotel reservations, coordinating with landlords/estate agents, and preparing itineraries.
- Liaise with various travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations.
- Logging and maintaining data in spreadsheets and calendars.
- Providing cover for front desk reception.
- Document control and filing.
- General ad hoc day to day office management and administrative duties.
Requirements:
- At least 3 year’s previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience working for a construction or engineering company is essential for this position.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external clients.
- Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is essential.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
