Office Administrator required for one or Ireland’s largest Tier 1 Engineering Contractors to work out of their office in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. The successful Administrator will be supporting the procurement team for projects in Ireland and across Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, create service entries, and handle goods receipt notes.
- Maintain databases, trackers, and action off-hire requests.
- Notify relevant parties about pending documents and invoices.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, typing, and photocopying.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Experience working for a construction or engineering company would be beneficial.
- Experience using SAP would be beneficial.
- Strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Professional telephone manner and strong communication abilities.
- Pride in delivering high-quality work.
