We’re recruiting an experienced MEP Project Manager to take ownership of Owner Furnished
Contractor Installed (OFCI) and vendor-packaged MEP systems on a major hyperscale data center project in Groningen, The Netherlands.
This role sits within a leading GC / MEP contractor delivering complex, high-tech projects across the data center sector.

Responsibilities:
- Manage OFCI & vendor-packaged MEP systems from procurement through installation and commissioning
- Act as main interface with global equipment vendors
- Coordinate closely with design, construction, and commissioning teams
- Control delivery schedules, logistics, and Programme interfaces
- Lead technical reviews, RFIs, inspections, snagging, and progress reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
- 5+ years’ MEP project delivery experience with a GC / Main Contractor
- Proven Data Centre experience (hyperscale preferred)
- Strong experience managing vendor packages / OFCI
- Excellent coordination, Programme, and communication skills
- EU Passport or full EU work eligibility required
