MEP Detailer
We are seeking an experienced MEP Detailer to join our team in Limerick. The successful candidate will support BIM co-ordination and project delivery through high-quality 3D modelling, 2D drawing production, and close collaboration with the project and site teams.

Responsibilities
- Deliver all 3D and 2D BIM deliverables in line with project requirements and BIM Lead direction
- This MEP Detailer will produce and maintain accurate 3D models using Revit and Fabrication CAD
- Generate co-ordinated 2D installation and layout drawings to contract standards
- Carry out ongoing clash detection and maintain a fully co-ordinated federated model
- Support site teams with drawing verification, clash resolution, and record drawings
- Attend co-ordination meetings and collaborate with engineers, management, and subcontractors
Requirements
- This MEP Detailer will need a third-level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or trade background with BIM qualification)
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in BIM / MEP co-ordination
- Strong proficiency in Revit and MEP modelling tools
- Mechanical or Electrical background with proven project experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
