An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in Ireland. This role is based on a major project in Dublin and offers long-term career potential with a well-established and highly respected construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all phases of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) services throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take full ownership of MEP delivery across Pre-Construction, Planning, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, and Handover stages.
- Manage and schedule all utility connections in line with project milestones.
- Liaise with the Design Team to coordinate technical submittals in accordance with the project schedule.
- Track and manage the flow of technical information between Design Teams and specialist subcontractors.
- Ensure MEP works are delivered and implemented to approved designs and specifications.
- Monitor on-site installations and ensure stage checks are completed to required standards.
Requirements:
- A relevant third-level degree or professional qualification in engineering or building services.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and navigate BIM models.
