Mechanical Supervisor – Sweden
Join a leading contractor renowned for delivering complex engineering projects. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a prestigious Data Centre project in Sweden. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and quality.
Role:
- Develop and implement project schedules ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to meet project timelines.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Drive quality assurance measures, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare weekly progress reports for senior management and client updates.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, relevant trade certification, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in mechanical or building services, ideally with Data Centre or Industrial project experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong ability to manage and motivate diverse teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent knowledge of construction software and MS Office suite.
- Flexibility to work in Sweden on rotation and fluent in English.
Benefits:
- Salary circa €75K – €85K DOE
