Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors.
- Lead the team to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Prepare progress and site reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain high-quality mechanical installations.
- Conduct weekly toolbox talks.
- Monitor health & safety for staff and subcontractors.
- Review and improve working practices regularly.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree or Mechanical trade background.
- 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Data Centre project experience is a plus.
- Previous work with an M&E contractor in Ireland or the UK.
- EU passport required.

- Salary: €75,000–€85,000 (based on experience).
