Mechanical Site Manager – Frankfurt
We are recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager that will be based in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of all mechanical works on major industrial and commercial sites across Europe.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all mechanical installation works
- Deliver daily/weekly work programmes in line with project timelines
- Manage subcontractor performance, quality, and compliance
- This Mechanical Site Manager will oversee commissioning activities with project teams and vendors
- Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to drawings, standards, and QA/QC processes
- Enforce a strong health & safety culture, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure RAMS compliance
Requirements
- This Mechanical Site Manager will need 5+ years’ experience in mechanical installation or site management
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical building services
- Experience delivering mechanical systems on large commercial/industrial/data centre projects
- Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or similar
- Valid safety certifications (Safe Pass, Manual Handling, CSCS, or equivalents)
