Mechanical Site Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage project scheduling, planning and on-site coordination.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
- Oversee site resources, including labour and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely material orders and deliveries.
- Monitor site progress and maintain work quality.
- Enforce compliance with all EHS regulations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar mechanical site role.
- Strong leadership and project delivery skills.
- Proficient in planning, scheduling and resource management.
- Effective communicator with clients and site teams.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and site logistics.
- Knowledge of EHS standards and quality control.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel.
