Mechanical Project Manager
Mechanical Project Manager required to join one of Europe’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a Data Centre project in Sweden. The successful candidate would be reporting into the Project Director and will be provided excellent support and career progression opportunities.

Duties:
- Manage critical project milestones, costs, and material deliveries to avoid delays.
- Review construction proposals, pricing, scopes, and ensure proper change management.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, manpower levels, and site operations with package managers.
- Track and report progress, risks, variations, and labour hours through structured reporting.
- Support quality, safety, snagging, and compliance processes across all project stages.
- Lead project close-out activities, including final accounts, documentation, and handover.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or relevant Mechanical trade background.
- 5 Years+ experience in a similar role.
- Must have worked with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
- Proven track record of having led teams on large projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects would be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office.

- Salary €110,000 to €125,000 DOE
