Duties:
- Coordinate with key project stakeholders including client design teams, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to agree scope of works and deliver project and shareholder requirements
- Manage all phases of the Mechanical Services project lifecycle from pre-construction and planning through construction, testing, and commissioning
- Review and coordinate design and construction drawings
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with project specifications, change control procedures, and safety standards
- Attend site regularly to monitor quality, safety, procurement, and progress against project targets
- Manage project financials on an ongoing basis
- Provide guidance to ensure site activities comply with all relevant standards and specifications.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar role
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a contracting environment essential
- Good Leadership Skills to motivate and direct a team
- Must be currently based in Ireland or the UK and eligible to work in Ireland without requiring a work permit.
